• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.

4.3 VIP Program

The zg99 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancing to a higher VIP tier depends on activity and participation on the platform.

5.1 Game Usage Terms

Slots, live casino, cricket betting, crash games, and many other types of games are available on the zg99 platform. These Terms apply to the use of all games.

• Game outcomes are determined through verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
• If a game remains incomplete due to a technical error, the bet will be considered void and the bet amount will be refunded.
• Winnings obtained by exploiting any bug or software error are not valid and will be forfeited.
• Any form of cheating, use of bots, or strategic abuse is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Betting Limits
